BoB Ross
CEO / Founder
Mr. Robert Ross, affectionately known as BoB, is the CEO, founding member and lead consultant for PCA. Bob has more than 30 years of experience in organizational consulting, training and development and program management. His approach is based on collaborative leadership principles with a transformative process and proven results. He has developed courses and seminars in the broad areas of interpersonal dynamics and organizational development. He is an Adjunct Faculty member at Columbus State Community College and the University of Louisville, Southern Police Institute, as well as Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business – Executive Education.
He is a certified instructor with the Indiana Law Enforcement Training Board (ILETB) and a regularly scheduled instructor at the Indiana Law Enforcement Training Academy (ILEA) and Indiana’s Police Executive Leadership Academy (PELA). He has worked with law enforcement organizations in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois and Florida.
BoB has a comprehensive background and business management experience in both service industries and various sectors of government. He has extensive experience working with various law enforcement, public and private, and health care, as well as manufacturing organizations. He is a former Steering Committee member for WINGS (Women In New Growth Stages). BoB relates well with people at all levels, has seemingly inexhaustible energies and an intense desire to contribute to collaborative success.

Sean Ross PhD
COO/CLO
Sean Ross joined PCA in 2013 as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Learning Officer and is responsible for day to day oversight, leadership initiatives, program performance and growth in the areas of public service and collaborative leadership training and development. Sean has had an extensive and successful career in public education as a teacher, coach, and administrator. He developed and shaped individuals to reach beyond their potential and achieve lifelong success. As a leader in education, Sean was a key component in one of the most accomplished school districts in the nation and provided direction for student, teacher, and community achievements.
Sean was an essential contributor to the schools being named as one the top districts in the country as ranked by US News & World Report. As a facilitator of leadership development, he has built strong collaborations with public safety, education and government agencies helping to foster growth by bridging relationships and building leadership. Sean’s focus on team dynamics and communications has led to 90% of participants reporting a positive reaction to his presentations and an 85% positive response to the learning process during his presentations. Sean continues to develop both personally and professionally. He attributes much of his success to his family of three daughters and a supportive wife propelling him forward.
